Return and Refund Policy

Full Spectrum Supplements will ensure that every customer is 100% satisfied. We offer a 15 day-Exchange Guarantee on unused* merchandise. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the item you purchased, simply contact us and we’ll be happy to help you with sending it back to us. Unfortunately, we are unable to pay for any return shipping fees. *Returned goods must be in the same condition that you received them. Items that have been opened/used, or items classified as hazardous materials are not returnable. Please contact us for issues concerning these items. Full Spectrum Supplements maintains the right to refuse refunding customers for products that are returned in used condition.

Steps for Returns

Step 1: Contact us to receive return authorization and instructions by emailing fullspectrumsupps@gmail.com

Step 3: Include the Returns Slip inside the box and affix a shipping label to the box once appropriately packed and sealed.

Step 4: Ship the package back to us.

Step 5: Allow 5-10 days after we receive your return for processing of your refund.

Step 6: Verify your refund details in the received email confirmation once the refund is processed.

EXCHANGES: For exchanges, we ask that you initiate a return following the return procedure above and simply place a new order for the desired item(s) to enable the most timely receipt of your new order.

BULK ORDERS: For bulk orders and orders of large quantities we ask that you contact us regarding the possibility of returning an entire order made in large quantities. Most bulk orders are non-refundable.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED GOODS: Please contact us immediately if your purchase arrives in defective or damaged condition. Items that arrive in defective or damaged condition may be replaced with proper authorization. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for processing and replacement of the defective item(s). Damages must be reported within 48 hours of the package being received.
